Your new role
* Fabrication, welding, and assembly of steel structures and components
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
* Working with heavy steel sections and precision projects
* Contributing to shutdowns, maintenance, and new builds
* Operating hand and power tools with precision
* Collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet deadlines
What you'll need to succeed
* Trade qualified Boilermakers (Cert III Engineering - Fabrication or equivalent)
* MIG Welders with no qualifications needed
* Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings accurately
* Experience in heavy steel fabrication (preferred)
* Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability
* Flexibility to work across varied projects and environments
* Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques
