We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing system engineering integration activities, championing systems engineering processes, and participating in engineering forums.

About the Role
The Senior Systems Engineer will be employed on a permanent full-time basis and will be situated in either Osborne or Garden Island (Potts Point), Sydney location. We offer flexible work arrangements, including working a 9-day fortnight and hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage system engineering integration activities.
* Champion systems engineering processes and interfaces from various project teams.
* Participate and contribute to engineering forums and platform systems interface working groups.
* Work closely with project teams to ensure engineering documentation is fit for purpose.
* Support development and upkeep of systems engineering management plans.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Extensive systems engineering experience and good understanding of systems engineering practices.
* Defence industry technical experience, ability to interpret technical documentation, and ability to write technical documents.
* Resiliency, attention to detail, good communication and customer stakeholder management skills.
