Provisional Psychologist – Melton, VIC 3337
About the role
You will join our psychology team working alongside occupational therapists, speech pathologists, behaviour support practitioners and physiotherapists to deliver meaningful outcomes for NDIS participants, while ensuring compliance with AHPRA, NDIS and professional standards.
Hours
Flexible: start at 20 hours per week (minimum 3 days) and work up to full-time.
Responsibilities
* Deliver evidence‐based, client‐centred therapy in a culturally safe way.
* Complete assessments and translate findings into meaningful goals.
* Manage caseload with genuine support.
* Co‐create and review support plans with participants and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
* Keep notes and reports aligned with ethical, AHPRA and NDIS standards.
* Participate in monthly team meetings and in‐services.
* Attend weekly internal supervision.

Qualifications
* Registered as a Provisional Psychologist with AHPRA.
* High professional ethics and strong communication skills.
* WWCC and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain them).
* Driver's licence (P‐plates minimum) and own car.
* Live in the Melton Victoria 3337 region or within a 15‐km radius.
