The Terminal Operator role is a residential role based in Kalgoorlie. Relocation assistance will be provided. The successful candidate assists in managing and controlling the safe and efficient running of the terminal and rail loading facility. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in terminal operations including road and rail operations, loading rail tank cars, ensuring safety and reliability at all times, working with contractors to ensure HSSE and terminal operating rules and regulations are being followed, monitoring and maintaining site integrity through hazard/risk identification and control implementation. Operations span across 7 days per week and flexibility is key component of this role.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess strong organisational skills, solid time management skills, and an eye for continuous improvement. Proficiency in various MS software programs is also essential. Previous experience in working in high-risk environments is a significant advantage, as safety is always our number one priority. Permanent full work rights for Australia is mandatory.
