Program Manager for Child and Youth Health Services
The Program Manager will lead a meaningful program that directly improves the health, safety and well-being of children and young people.
* Manage operational functions and strategic initiatives across a district-wide multidisciplinary team to enhance the delivery of child and youth health services.
* Establish and maintain effective systems and processes to meet client needs, track performance, and uphold high standards of care.
* Embed culturally safe practice and foster strong relationships with local communities and key partner agencies.
The successful candidate will have:
* Relevant qualifications in healthcare management, leadership or nursing, preferably with experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
* Proven ability to provide high-quality healthcare to vulnerable or at-risk populations, including children and young people.
* Strong capability in managing programs, coordinating resources, and developing collaborative partnerships.
This role requires a Category A clearance, which involves Australian citizenship, permanent residency or New Zealand citizenship.
