We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing automotive workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service, workshop operations, and leadership.
The successful candidate will initially take on the role of Service Advisor, with the opportunity to progress into a Workshop Manager position. For the right person, this role offers genuine career advancement and the chance to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation and complete management of the business.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing customer enquiries and bookings
* Preparing and explaining quotes and invoices
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Liaising with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
* Managing workshop scheduling and job allocation
* Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
* Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the workshop
* Leading and supporting staff where required
* Identifying opportunities to improve systems and profitability
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
* Trade qualification in light vehicle preferred but not essential
* Minimum 5 years of Service Advisor experience within the automotive industry
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Professional presentation and punctuality
* Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Computer literacy and confidence using workshop management software like Xero and WorkshopMate
* Experience with EzyParts, Navigator Pro or similar automotive software is highly regarded
* Leadership qualities and a desire to progress into management
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required for work authorisation
