The Education and Engagement team supports achievement of Comcare’s strategic objectives by delivering high-quality education and engagement activities for organisations across the Comcare Scheme. The team works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver client‑centric services.

The Education and Engagement team sits within the Strategic Partnerships and Engagement Group. This Group leads the development and delivery of a broad range of projects and other initiatives that promote and enable safe and healthy work.
Overview of the Role
The Senior Project Officer will support Comcare to achieve its strategic objectives through a stakeholder centric approach that is coordinated, team-oriented and effective. This role will:
- Scope, design, deliver and evaluate stakeholder engagement activities and events.
- Support identifying, developing and sustaining internal and external stakeholder relationships, to ensure the achievement of outcomes.
- Use collaborative approaches with the ability to meet timelines.
- Analyse stakeholder engagement data to provide insights, recommendations, and priorities for future stakeholder engagement.
- As required, manage and/or mentor the team to rapidly respond and adapt to changing conditions and broader business needs as they arise.
Qualifications and Experience
- Desirable:
- Tertiary qualification in education, health or business management will be highly regarded.
Eligibility and Specific Conditions of Employment
- Australian citizenship.
- Character clearance (Australian Criminal History Check).
- Employee Health Declaration.
- Six months probationary period for new engagements.
- Specific Conditions:
- Some intra and interstate travel is required, including overnight absences
