About The Role
As a
Registered Nurse with the In-Reach Service
, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents within Residential Aged Care settings. No two days will be the same as you:
Deliver evidence-based care aligned to patient goals
Advocate for residents and support families and carers in navigating the health system
Respond effectively to changing clinical conditions and emergencies
Build therapeutic relationships and practise within ethical and cultural boundaries
This is a role where you'll balance autonomy and teamwork, using your skills and compassion to make a real difference in the lives of older people.

This position is full time; however, job share and/or part time arrangements will be considered.
