Job Title: Contract Administrator
Seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated contract administrator to join our dynamic team for the WoAG. Australian citizenship is required for this position. This is a part‐time role (3 days per week) and we welcome applicants based in Canberra, Sydney or Melbourne.
Under the management of the Account Director, the Contract Administrator provides support to the operational delivery team and the client by coordinating and assisting with the Security Clearance administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Main point of contact for the Security Clearance inbox.
* Managing Entity Security Clearances and liaising with DoF.
* Processing invoices and creating purchase orders.
* Working alongside client‐based teams.
* Performing office management and administration duties.

Ideal Candidate Experience
* Must have or be able to obtain an AGSVA clearance.
* Strong customer service, interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Previous experience working as a team assistant, contract administrator or similar.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Attention to detail and a talent for troubleshooting.
* Excellent organisational and time‐management skills.
* Self‐starter with initiative to constantly improve processes, skills and knowledge.
* Competent MS Office skills and proficiency in relevant business computer systems.
