Project Manager – Drive Strategic Change Across Capricorn
Are you a seasoned Project Manager ready to lead transformative initiatives across a dynamic organisation? Capricorn is seeking a proactive and experienced PM to spearhead corporate projects that align with our strategic goals and deliver real business value.
Why This Role Matters
As a Project Manager at Capricorn, you’ll be at the forefront of change—leading the start‑up, planning, and execution of high‑impact projects across the business. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, all while collaborating with passionate teams and senior stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Strong grasp of systems and processes in complex environments.
- Detail‑oriented with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and technologies.
- Expertise in PRINCE2 and AgilePM methodologies.
- Leading a Dynamics CRM implementation will be highly desired.
Experience
- 5+ years leading project teams of 10+ people.
- Proven success in process improvement and systems implementation.
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, and cross‑functional teams.
- Delivered large‑scale IT projects across diverse locations.
- Confident communicating with stakeholders at various levels around the business including ELT and Senior Leaders.
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or certifications in Project Management.
- PRINCE2 and AgilePM certification highly desirable.
