Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our Marine Intake works project. This is a key role that will involve coordinating and administering construction engineering activities, as well as undertaking cost controlling and budgeting activities.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to ensure projects are implemented in accordance with plans, designs, and specifications.
* Undertake cost controlling, budgeting, forecasting, subcontract claim review, commercial negotiation activities.
* Monitor construction progress for adherence to programme and report to the Area Manager.
* Provide technical support to Supervisors and sub-contractors, including liaison with consultants to ensure safety, time, cost, and quality objectives are optimised.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
* Proven experience working on infrastructure projects with similar scope and complexity.
* Strong knowledge of construction engineering principles and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
