Seeking a Site Administrator to support our Civil division undergoing a complex Water Tank Construction Project in Sandy Creek, South Australia, located at the gateway to Barossa Valley, approximately one hour's drive from Adelaide.
You will be responsible for managing all document control activities, ensuring compliance with company processes, and supporting project teams with critical administrative functions.
You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and site personnel to maintain accurate records, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless project operations.
Permanent Part Time local role.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate site personnel access paperwork and new starter inductions
* Maintain site rosters, timesheets, and liaise with payroll
* Assist with travel, accommodation, and training arrangements
* Manage invoicing, purchasing, and receipting of goods
* Oversee filing, record keeping, and reporting requirements
* Maintain office supplies, PPE stock, and consumables
* Support administrative, accounts, and HSE functions as required
Desired Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong communication and people skills
* Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge, in particular MS Excel
* Experience with high volume invoicing/purchasing
* JobPac and TimeTarget experience (desirable)
* Experience with Project Bank Accounts reporting (beneficial)
