DWS is expanding its Adelaide team and is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager for our consulting practice. The role will manage a wide range of complex enterprise‐scale IT projects including transformation, integration, migration, application development, security, and cloud initiatives for Tier 1 clients.
Position Details
* Type: Permanent, full‐time
* Start: Immediate, up to 2‐week notice
* Location: Adelaide
* Style: Hybrid – 3 days on‐site, 2 days WFH
* Salary: Up to $185 k package (incl super), depending on experience
Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver enterprise‐scale IT projects across various domains (banking, financial services, utilities, government, telecoms).
* Manage integration, migration, transformation, cloud, application, and security projects.
* Serve as SME for clients, often unfamiliar with tools and technologies involved.
* Maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management.
* Engage C‐level stakeholders and manage vendors.
* Deliver projects in large, complex, enterprise environments.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager on major enterprise projects.
* Strong technical IT background preferred.
* Experience in Agile environments; SAFe or similar certification desirable.
* Experience as an Iteration Manager or Scrum Master valuable.
* Sound knowledge of change management best practices.
* Ability to multitask across multiple concurrent projects.
* Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills.
* Australian citizen with baseline or NV1 security clearance.
