Your Role
As a CSR, you'll be the heartbeat of our customer experience, ensuring every client feels valued and heard.
* Handling inbound calls and scheduling service requests (300 to 500 calls per week)
* Managing website scheduling requests
* Conducting customer follow-up calls
* Engaging in outbound customer service calls during quieter periods
* Tracking and analyzing advertising sources
* General administration support
What We're Looking For
* Superb Communication Skills: Articulate in writing and speaking with an impactful presence.
* Customer Service Pro: Exceptional phone and email etiquette with a knack for making clients feel special.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft 365 and quick to learn new systems. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
* Creative Thinker: Attention to detail with a flair for innovative solutions.
* Proactive Attitude: Self-driven, able to work independently and as part of a team.
