In this Employment Assistant role, you will work closely with individuals with disabilities, injuries, or medical conditions to help them achieve their employment goals. You will provide one-on-one support in the workplace, assisting clients to understand their job tasks and responsibilities, and helping them to improve their performance and efficiency.
You will be an advocate for your clients, communicating effectively with their employers and colleagues to ensure that they receive the support they need. Your strong initiative and problem-solving skills will enable you to find creative solutions to challenges, and your excellent communication skills will allow you to build positive relationships with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Current Australian Driver's Licence - P2 minimum
- COVID-19 vaccine requirement met (medical exemption accepted)
- Relevant NDIS/DHS checks cleared
