We have partnered with a global organisation providing advanced technologies that help manufacturers optimise production, improve efficiency, and enable more sustainable operations. We are urgently looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to support their Perth team on-site on a part-time, temporary ongoing basis.
Reporting to the Local Territory Manager, you will provide administrative support to the Sales Team and be the \"go-to\" support person for the wider team.
Responsibilities
* Be the first-point of contact – welcome visitors and support customer interactions and enquiries.
* Assist with weekly sales and planning meetings.
* Maintain accurate customer/vendor data on Salesforce and SAP.
* Assist with coordinating shipments, couriers, and event materials.
* Manage office supplies and assist with vendor coordination.
* Assist HR with onboarding and off‐boarding.
* Support facilities and office requirements.
Qualifications
* Experience in a Sales Admin/Office Support role (ideally in manufacturing, mining, facilities, or tech industry).
* Must have experience with SAP and Salesforce (highly desirable).
* Strong attention to detail and time management.
* Confident communicator, customer-focused, team‐oriented.
* Self‐driven, organised, and comfortable working independently.
