About the Role
At The Ritz-Carlton, Perth, we seek a Bartender who can build lasting relationships, provide exceptional service to guests, and support the Gold Standards of our brand.
Duties
* Use your customer service skills to provide guests with a personalized and memorable experience.
* Prepare drink and cocktail orders for guests, ensuring responsible service of alcohol.
* Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks.
* Open and serve wine/champagne bottles.
* Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies.
* Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar and working area.
Skills & Experience
* Responsible Service of Alcohol from a Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA).
* I'm Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth).
* Previous bartending experience desirable with sound cocktail knowledge.
* Passion for customer service.
