* Up to $2,303.70 per day

* Mileage reimbursement (37.5c/km return trip) if driving own vehicle

Roster
Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
No mandatory on‐call requirements.
Optional weekend on‐call cover may be available by discussion and mutual agreement.
Responsibilities
* Daily consultant‐led ward rounds
* Assessment and management of acute medical admissions
* Providing clinical guidance for Emergency Department referrals
* Participation in multidisciplinary team meetings
* Supervision and support of junior medical staff and trainees
* Delivery of education and teaching activities
* Attendance at Hospital Outreach Treatment clinics
* Contributing to patient flow and discharge planning initiatives

Requirements
* Specialist Registration with AHPRA
* Experience in General and Acute Medicine
* Eligibility to obtain a Medicare provider number
