Keypoint Law is expanding its Central Office team and is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support our risk and compliance function. This is a full-time role based in Sydney or Melbourne, with WFH flexibility.
Key responsibilities
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
* Support the firm's risk management program, with a primary focus on AML/CTF compliance
* Undertake customer due diligence (CDD) on Keypoint's clients
* Work closely with the firm's external CDD provider to facilitate onboarding requirements
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure compliance obligations are met
* Identify and elevate potential risks or concerns to the Compliance Officer and Head of Risk
* Oversee the timely completion of AML/CTF workflows
* Assist the Compliance Officer with preparation of annual AUSTRAC reporting
* Respond to compliance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders
* Support the Central Office team with conflict checks for new matters
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records
