Senior Marketing Coordinator – Brand & Acquisition
The AFG Brand & Acquisition team in Perth is looking for a talented and organized Senior Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of marketing campaigns and content across a portfolio of brands including AFG, AFG Home Loans, Mortgage Advice Bureau and BrokerEngine.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate campaign activity across multiple brands, managing deadlines, approvals and production tasks to ensure on‐brand, on‐time delivery.
* Draft briefs and liaise with internal design and digital teams, as well as external suppliers as needed.
* Draft, proof and publish content across email, social media and digital platforms.
* Manage monthly content calendars in collaboration with the Brand & Acquisition Marketing Manager.
* Assist with asset updates, content loading and CMS coordination across platforms including HubSpot and SharePoint.
* Be a key point of contact for stakeholders submitting marketing requests, prioritise and manage briefs through Asana.
* Coordinate updates and campaign assets for broker communications, internal campaigns and strategic projects.
* Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries and reporting templates.
* Coordinate compliance reviews and legal approvals where required.
* Collate campaign performance data and support preparation of post‐campaign reviews and presentations.
* Provide event, print and collateral support as needed across campaigns.
Please note this role may require occasional interstate travel.
Qualifications
* 3–5 years' experience in a marketing or communications role, with demonstrated experience coordinating campaigns and content across multiple brands or business units.
* Highly organized, deadline‐driven and able to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong proofreading ability.
* Experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot and Asana (preferred).
* Familiarity with brand guidelines and creative processes, with the ability to brief creative teams effectively.
* Positive, proactive "can‐do" attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
