About the role
We are seeking a skilled Data Migration Technical Lead to provide technical leadership across data analysis, governance, and end‐to‐end data migration.
Key Responsibilities
5. Provide technical leadership and guidance across all data migration activities.
6. Facilitate workshops to define data requirements, mapping rules, and transformation logic.
7. Develop, coordinate, and oversee end‐to‐end data migration strategies.
8. Collaborate with project managers, architects, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and risk management.
Required Skills
9. Strong Technical Expertise in Data Migration including extraction, transformation, mapping, loading, and validation.
10. Ability to apply data governance principles.
11. Ability to estimate work effort, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
12. Experience in agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA).
13. Strong workshop‐facilitation skills to gather requirements and align expectations.
14. Background working in large‐scale data migration programs preferably within public sector.
