Its remit includes major construction and engineering works, security and cleaning services, commercial leasing, venues and accommodation, safety and compliance, and environmental sustainability. Our portfolios — Commercial, Planning & Strategy, University House, and Operations — work together to deliver these outcomes.
Located within the Commercial, Planning & Strategy portfolio, the Estate Systems Supervisor provides coordination and operational oversight of estate systems, acting as the data custodian and steward to ensure data integrity, standardisation, and effective use of estate information, while supporting service delivery and continuous improvement across Campus Environment.
The Estate Systems Supervisor reports to the Estate Systems Manager and is responsible for the day‐to‐day coordination and oversight of estate systems operations.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and oversee estate systems operations and ensure data integrity, standardisation, and effective use of estate information.
* Act as the key coordination and escalation point across the estate systems function.
* Translate system governance, standards, and roadmap initiatives into operational outcomes.
* Assist in coordinating the work of the Estate Systems Officer and other contributors.
* Collaborate with Capital Works, Maintenance, BMS, Space Planning, WHS, Campus Operations teams, external vendors, system providers and internal stakeholders across Colleges and Divisions.
