Your role will include:
- Onsite support across a variety of workplaces, delivering proactive, face‑to‑face services
- Injury prevention strategies using the latest equipment and tech
- Early intervention, minor triage, and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries
- Functional, pre‑employment, and worksite assessments
- Risk assessments and practical solutions to reduce injury
- Return‑to‑work planning and support for injured workers
- Health, stress and wellbeing education and guidance
- Building robust relationships with workers, managers and stakeholders
What we are looking for:
- Qualified Exercise Physiologist (ESSA) or Physiotherapist (AHPRA)
- 1+ year experience in the onsite injury prevention sector
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, relationship‑first approach
- Valid driver’s licence and vehicle
