Wagga Wagga City Council has an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join our Information and Communications Technology team

- Commencing salary at $3,245.96 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $3,895.15 gross per fortnight + superannuation (11.5%)

**Your new role**:
In the role of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Support Officer you will have exposure to a broad range of ICT related projects and activities and will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Council's Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems and associated hardware, Office365 environment, mobile fleet of iPhones and iPads plus general maintenance of all IT-related hardware/software.
You will also be responsible for providing resolution to technical support requests through Council's Service Desk system, utilising ITIL Framework best practices to ensure services are reliable, robust, effective and efficient.
**What you will need to succeed**:
The successful applicant will have:
- Tertiary qualifications relevant to the role _(Desirable);_
- A minimum of three (3) years demonstrated work experience relevant to the role;
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and administrative skills; and
- An ability to work effectively within a team and independently to meet deadlines is essential.
