Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 core collaboration services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
* Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) identity management, including users, groups, devices, and guest users.
* Working knowledge of Azure AD Connect, Password Hash Sync, Pass-thru Authentication, Seamless SSO, ADFS, Azure MFA, and SSPR.
* Previous experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer in an ICT Professional Services organisation.
Experience in email security and archive technologies, such as Office 365 ATP/EOP, Mimecast, and Avepoint, is also highly valued.
