What you will be doing
* Ensure site safety, environmental and legislative compliance.
* Lead safe and efficient quarry/mining operations to meet production targets.
* Manage product quality, maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Supervise, develop and support employees and contractors.
* Manage budgets, reporting, procurement and inventory controls.
* Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
What you will need
* Experience in quarry or mining operations in a supervisory or management role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Drivers licence and reliable transport.
* Ability to manage budgets and optimize production costs.
* NSW quarry manager licence.
