The firm is now seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join its legal team at a southside Brisbane location. This is your chance to be part of a progressive business that values leadership, service excellence and innovation.
About the role
Working closely with an experienced leadership team, you will handle a wide range of residential property transactions while being supported by a highly capable back end team. This allows you to focus on quality advice, client care and meaningful legal work rather than administrative tasks.
You will also play a key part in guiding and mentoring team members, contributing to compliance processes and assisting with training initiatives. This role is ideal for lawyers who enjoy supporting others and who take pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Running your conveyancing files from A-Z, with access to top quality administrative support and technology and processes that make your day to day easier and faster
About you:
* At least two (2) years post admission experience in property law including conveyancing
* Strong leadership qualities and a genuine interest in coaching and supporting others
* Calm under pressure with a solutions focused mindset
* Comfortable managing clients and providing clear advice
* A people centred approach and commitment to service excellence
* A current Practising Certificate
* A desire to grow, learn and contribute to an innovative team and workplace
