About the Role
As the Science Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality Science education and supporting students' academic and personal growth. You will join a supportive, collegial team and contribute to the ongoing development of the Science program.
This position offers strong faculty support, opportunities for professional development, and the chance to be part of a warm, mission-aligned school environment. Ability to teach Chemistry is highly regarded (but not a deal breaker).

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Science lessons aligned with the Victorian Curriculum (and VCAA Study Design where applicable)
* Create a classroom culture that encourages curiosity, critical thinking and safe scientific inquiry
* Provide timely, constructive assessment and feedback to support student progress
* Contribute to curriculum planning, moderation and resource development within the Science faculty
* Participate in the pastoral and broader life of the College in alignment with its mission and values
You will have
* Tertiary qualifications in Education
* Current or pending Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
o Demonstrated experience teaching Science (Chemistry advantageous)
o Strong subject knowledge and passion for building student engagement in STEM
o A commitment to Catholic ethos and the values of inclusivity, integrity and service
