In this role, you'll provide operational support by developing relationships and partnering with the business to solve day‑to‑day procurement, sourcing, and contract management challenges.
Responsibilities
* Develop relationships and provide operational support, partnering with the business to problem‑solve and navigate daily processes to ensure smooth customer‑centric operational procurement and contract management.
* Provide end‑user support to delivery teams, offering guidance on navigating self‑service processes, managing contract activities, validating claims, and monitoring work order status.
* Lead training and continuous improvement initiatives for procurement, sourcing, and contract requirements.
* Build senior stakeholder relationships and support business users who rely on self‑service procurement, sourcing, and contract processes.
About You
You have demonstrated and successful experience in problem‑solving within a customer‑centric environment, and you possess in‑depth knowledge of NSW government procurement and contract management procedures and practices.
You have experience working with diverse stakeholder groups across project and operational environments.

Job Details
This is a permanent role based in Wollongong or any NSW South Coast office. TfNSW employees must work at least 50% of their time from approved Transport workplaces, with a minimum of five days per month at their location. You may be required to travel to other depots and offices within the Southern Region, and you may also need to visit the team occasionally in Sydney at Milsons Point.
