We are seeking passionate, reliable and motivated SIL Support Workers to join our fast-growing team. You will be working directly with participants in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment, helping them thrive in their daily lives while providing a safe, supportive and empowering space.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care including assistance with hygiene, grooming, meals, and mobility.
* Support participants with daily living skills and community engagement.
* Deliver support during sleepovers and overnight shifts.
* Communicate effectively with participants, families, and the broader team.
* Use strong de-escalation techniques to support participants through behavioural or emotional challenges.
* Maintain accurate documentation and shift notes in line with compliance standards.
* Contribute to a fast-paced team environment with flexibility and a solutions-focused approach.
What We're Looking For
* Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
* High Needs experience – previous SIL or complex support experience highly regarded.
* Ability to remain calm and de-escalate situations with empathy and professionalism.
* Knowledge of the SIL sector and NDIS framework is a plus.
* Certificates in Disability, Community Services, or Individual Support (or working towards) are highly desirable.
* Current First Aid & CPR certification.
* Valid Blue Card / NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
* Ability to communicate efficiently to Management.
* CPI Trained (not necessary but would be a bonus)
