Job Description
The HRBP is responsible for managing the day-to-day HR relationship with our Australian operations team including supporting the HR Advisor and Head of HR AU. This role will focus on challenging project work with a mix of BAU and cyclical HR process implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Head of HR and wider People team to deliver the People strategy across the business
Build effective relationships and credibility with Line Managers and Heads of Function through mutual trust and respect
Maintain an effective working knowledge of Employment Law in order to provide relevant advice to line m anagers and minimise business risk
Support the management of HR policies, practices and procedures, incorporating best practice and legislative requirements
Manage or support people/business projects including any change activity
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee personal information.
Interpret awards/agreements and contracts in relation to payroll queries
Manage ongoing improved utilisation of HRIS system (ELMO) involving training managers, assisting with integration with payroll and all administration of the system
Manage performance and ER cases, with support from Head of HR where appropriate.
Create and maintain organisational structures
Source and create training material and confidently run training sessions for employees on various topics
Manage Recruitment Service Providers in consultation with the Head and other talent pipeline to ensure optimal supply, maximum efficiency, value and retention.
Assist the Head of HR, AU with data analytics including but not limited to WGEA reporting, gender pay calculations and monthly HR metric reporting.
Finalise the updates of current policies and procedures for the AU business

Essential Skills, Experience and Qualification
* 3-4 years experience in a HR Business Partner role
* Strong customer service focus and commitment to delivering positive stakeholderexperiences.
* Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to analyse, interpret, and communicate accurate metrics.
* Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Confident in building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including Senior executives and frontline employees.
* Strong change management capabilities and experience implementing operational and strategic initiatives.
* Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, database systems, and ELMO (highly desirable)
* High levels of personal integrity, professionalism, discretion, and ethical standards.
* Energetic, proactive, and adaptable with a solution-focused and innovative mindset.
* Hold a formal qualification in HR,attained at University or other tertiary educational institution.
* Current National Police Clearance Check.
