Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer with a strong background in React JS and Tailwind, to work on various projects and collaborate with designers and engineers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Building highly visible user-facing platforms
* Developing interfaces that are front and centre, ensuring smooth interactions and responsive designs across devices and browsers
* Focusing on frontend excellence, creating beautiful and performant experiences from a client-side perspective
* Working closely with designers to translate concepts into functional, visually stunning interfaces
* Managing codebases, using Git for version control, keeping dependencies up to date, and ensuring codebases are organised and actively maintained
* Maintaining up-to-date documentation and using both automated and manual testing to ensure software stability and quality
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 3 years experience in React JS and Tailwind
* Proficient in Typescript, HTML, CSS, and other contemporary web technologies
* Comfortable using version control tools to manage projects and collaborate
* Some experience in working with REST APIs
* Commercial experience using continuous integration and deployment
* Demonstrable ability to engage, share knowledge, and collaborate
* High level of independence, self-motivation, and creative problem-solving
* Methodical approach to tasks, able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
