Job Overview:
This critical role requires an experienced People and Safety Advisor to handle end-to-end HR and Health and Safety functions for Western Meat Processors.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Site and be responsible for delivering best-practice health, safety, and people initiatives in Western Meat Processors.

* Update Staff Movements
* Monitor New Employee Integration
* Ensure Compliance with Employment Agreements
* Advise Management on HR/IR Issues
* Provide Advice on Company Policies and Legislation
* Manage Conflict Resolution
* Expert Advice on Health and Safety Matters
Key Requirements:
* Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety or equivalent WHS qualification required
* Develop, Implement, and Review Health and Safety Policies
* Conduct Site Inspections and Audits
* Promote Positive Safety Culture
* Monitor Compliance with Statutory Requirements
* Liaise with External Regulatory Bodies
