CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced National HR Manager for a growing construction and resources organisation based in Melbourne, VIC, with operations across Australia. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to influence workforce strategy, drive organisational performance and support the continued growth of a dynamic national business. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will take ownership of Human Resources, Payroll, Administration and Business Support functions across the organisation while partnering closely with operational leaders to deliver commercial and people focused outcomes. This is a permanent full time position with occasional travel to operational sites as required.
