Having experienced tremendous growth over the past few years, it is time for the right person to join us at this exciting phase of our organisation's growth and further enhance our operations across Western Australia.

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor, preferably with a background in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance requirements. The core purpose of the role is to develop strong customer relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills, work in a fast-paced environment and have proficiency in service management software.

This role reports to the Service Manager Perth and is based on site at Belmont WA.

Key Accountabilities are but not limited to –


• Greeting customers promptly and professionally


• Listening to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues


• Providing clear explanations of recommended services and repairs


• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service status and completion times


• Handling customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism


• Scheduling service appointments and manage daily service workflow


• Preparing repair orders and obtain customer authorisations


• Liaising with technicians to ensure timely and accurate diagnosis and repair


• Reviewing completed work with customers and explain charges


• Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer recommendations


• Promoting service specials and maintenance packages


• Meeting or exceeding service sales targets and KPIs


• Maintaining record and documentation related to servicing, vehicle builds, vehicle repairs, vehicle registrations and contractor engagement


• Liaising with the Warranty Coordinator to manage internal and external warranty jobs in line with VDI's Warranty Policy/Procedure


• Facilitating professional and effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders and team members
