About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to lead our Gold Coast retail network as a Senior Retail Manager.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple locations, fostering a culture of performance, development, and empowerment among your teams, and delivering outstanding results.
You will oversee the management of people and performance, ensuring exceptional visual merchandising standards that reflect our brand's aesthetic, analysing business reports to identify opportunities and implement effective strategies for growth, and nurturing talent through strong succession planning and ongoing coaching.

Requirements
1. Proven experience in multi-site management or retail management
2. Strong leadership and motivational skills
3. Able to drive operational excellence and improve business results
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
6. Availability to work a Monday-Friday roster
