Our client is a reputable builder with a proven track record of delivering high-end multi-residential projects. They are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee a new project on the Gold Coast.
Key Responsibilities
* Full management of site trades and subcontractors
* Coordination of site logistics, material delivery, and resource allocation
* Strong understanding of building regulations and compliance
* Implementation of OH&S policies
* Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications
* Assisting with scope of works development
* Program planning and execution
* Client liaison and stakeholder communication
* Maintenance of accurate site diaries
Qualifications & Experience
* 4+ years of site management experience
* Track record on high-end multi-residential projects up to 6 story and basement works
* Strong structural and finishes knowledge
* Loyal work history with proven stability
* Must be Gold Coast based
* QBCC licensed
* Carpentry background
* Tech-savvy with Procore, 1breadcrum
* Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
* Well-organised with a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, motivation, honesty, and integrity
* Exceptional rapport-building and stakeholder liaison skills
* Proactive attitude and driven to succeed
* Must be based in Brisbane
