Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Body Shop Manager to join our team at our location in Smeaton Grange, NSW. The Body Shop Manager will oversee daily operations, including coordinating repair work, managing workshop staff, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a safe working environment. The role involves cultivating relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include managing administrative tasks, such as handling aftersales services and ensuring the body shop runs efficiently and profitably.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Aftersales services, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining top customer experiences.
* Experience with managing Workshops and Body Shops, with the ability to maintain quality and efficiency in collision repair operations.
* Excellent Communication skills for engaging with customers, team members, and vendors effectively.
* Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing teams in an automotive repair context.
* Solid organizational and problem-solving skills with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in a similar managerial role is highly preferred.
* Knowledge of applicable safety regulations and automotive repair industry trends is an advantage.
