Catholic Homes is seeking Home Care Support Workers to join our home care team on a casual basis with a view to permanent part‐time/full‐time roles in the Rockingham and surrounding areas. This position will be responsible for providing in‐home personal care, domestic assistance, social support, transport and/or daily living supports for our home care clients.
Our Home Care team endeavours to build strong and lasting relationships with our clients so that they may stay at home for longer and allow them to get out into the community to do the things they enjoy doing.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

* A caring and empathetic nature, with the ability to support elderly clients with dignity and respect;

* Pride in your work, personal presentation, and the quality of care you provide;
* The ability and commitment to uphold high standards of work and represent Catholic Homes positively at all times;
* A qualification in Aged Care;
* Experience in Community Aged Care or NDIS support (desirable);
* A roadworthy, registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance;
* A current WA C Class/International driver's licence;
* Applicants must obtain a valid National Police Clearance before commencing employment;
* Applicants must have the right to live and work in Australia.
