Position Summary
Casual Production Technician at Kimberly‐Clark's Millicent Mill supports high‐tech manufacturing operations for household brands such as Kleenex and Viva. The role includes safe operation of production machinery, quality monitoring, safety compliance, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
* Operate machinery safely and efficiently across the manufacturing operation.
* Take responsibility for the quality, productivity, and safety of production assets.
* Ensure adherence to safe work systems, SOPs, and safety standards.
* Monitor quality against internal standards and diagnose and troubleshoot faults.
* Contribute to the overall safety culture and integrity of the workplace.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Current High‐Risk Forklift Licence (LF) or willingness to obtain it.
* Commitment to work regular and variable shifts across 24‐hour operations, including night shifts and weekends.
* High levels of self‐motivation to uphold safety, quality, and teamwork.
* Motivation to learn, grow, and achieve within the production environment.
* Willingness to adhere to relevant processes and procedures.
* Desire to help refine products to meet consumer needs and align with brand values.

This role is available for full time, intermittent time type. We do not provide relocation support.
