While you will be employed by Epiroc, your role will sit within the GET Business Line, where you will contribute directly to our mission of delivering cutting‐edge solutions that drive performance for mining customers worldwide.

CR Powered by Epiroc is entering an exciting phase of growth, and Western Australia (WA) is a critical market in our global strategy. We are seeking a senior commercial leader to take ownership of our WA business, driving performance, leading a high‐impact team, and strengthening our position with Tier 1 mining customers.

This is a role for someone who can lead a region like a business, not just manage it.

The Opportunity

As Regional Business Manager, you will have full accountability for the commercial performance, customer relationships, and operational delivery of our Western Australia business.

You will lead from the front, setting direction, building capability, and ensuring we deliver sustainable growth across both existing accounts and new opportunities.

This is a highly visible role, working closely with executive leadership and playing a key part in shaping our future in the region – based in our Welshpool office in a hybrid setting.

What You'll Be Responsible For
* Owning and delivering the WA growth strategy and commercial outcomes
* Leading and developing a high‐performing sales and operations team
* Strengthening relationships with key Tier 1 mining customers
* Driving customer retention while expanding into new accounts
* Building a strong, disciplined sales pipeline and forecast
* Ensuring operational excellence, safety, and financial performance
* Representing the business externally across customers and industry
About You
* You're an experienced leader who knows how to run a region, build trust at senior levels, and deliver results.
* Proven experience leading a commercial function within mining or heavy industry.
* Experience leading teams and driving both sales and operational performance.
* Commercially sharp, with the ability to translate strategy into action.
* A natural leader who brings people with you and builds a strong culture.
* Comfortable operating at a senior level, influencing across the business.
