We're looking for a dynamic and hands-on supervisor who leads by example and can communicate at all levels. This is a sought‐after role for a can do individual, with a customer first mindset.
Responsibilities
* Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies and procedures
* Oversee the production team
* Provide as required general customer service
* Ensure all customer orders are picked, scheduled, loaded and delivered on time and in full
* Hands on goods receiving
* Conduct toolbox and team meetings
* Locating finished goods and loading vehicles
* Stock management – cyclical counts, proactive ordering and stocktaking
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar supervisory role, ideally from within logistics or manufacturing sectors
* A strong team focus
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
* A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
* Natural initiative and drive
* The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines based on production and customer demands
* A process and systems driven approach
* A relentless approach to ensuring the customers' needs are met and expectations exceeded
* Computer literacy
* Fork truck licence
