**The Company**
Our client is one of the largest and most loved FMCG organisations in Australia. After being in business for several decades and extending their footprint across several locations in Australia, they are expanding operations and require an extra pair of hands to support the Customer Service department.
**The Role**
Managing a self-sufficient team of three, duties will be dependant on work schedules: Responsibilities include the following:
- Management of EDI including troubleshooting
- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the team
- Engage key stakeholders to ensure a customer-orientated and productive strategy
- Deliver industry-leading customer experience across all channels
- Liaison with key carriers and vendors
- Management of account queries and status updates with major accounts
- Maintain SAP database and client portals ensuring accuracy

**Your Profile**
- Experience within the FMCG or manufacturing industry desirable
- Technically minded, experience working with an ERP is critical
- Team manager/leader experience (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent communication skills
