About the Role
Aboriginal Health Practitioner – Sexual Health in Dubbo Primary & Community Health. This role is a key member of the multi‐disciplinary team providing flexible, holistic, and culturally sensitive primary health care services, including direct clinical care to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples. The practitioner will help Aboriginal communities have better access to care and improved health.
Location and Service Areas
Dubbo, NSW. Service areas include Mudgee, Bourke, Cobar, Coonabarabran, Lightning Ridge, Walgett, Collarenebri, and Goodooga.
Responsibilities
* Provide direct clinical care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women, supporting their sexual health.
* Work holistically within the community to promote and maintain sexual health.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver culturally sensitive primary health care.
* Assist in shaping the future of health care for the local Aboriginal community.
Qualifications and Eligibility
Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander woman. Only suitably qualified Aboriginal people are eligible for this position and are encouraged to apply.

Remuneration: $72,186.00 – $93,971.00 per annum (superannuation and salary packaging options available)
Hours Per Week: 38
