We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leading Hand to lead our operational crews in maintaining and enhancing the City's natural areas, foreshores, trails and landscaped public spaces.

About the Role
* Leading and supporting crews to deliver maintenance and restoration works across natural areas, foreshores, trails and landscaped public spaces.
* Planning, coordinating and monitoring daily work programs to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
* Supporting environmental management activities including weed control, revegetation, restoration and vegetation management.
* Coordinating resources, contractors and operational activities while responding to service requests and maintenance priorities.
Role Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in amenity horticulture, natural area management, parks maintenance or landscape operations.
* Proven leadership and supervisory experience, with the ability to motivate, mentor and coordinate operational teams.
* Strong planning, problem‐solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and resources effectively.
* Relevant horticulture, conservation, landscape or turf qualifications (or significant industry experience), together with a current C Class Driver's Licence and First Aid Certificate.
