The weekly attendance payment referenced for this role is available exclusively to full‐time employees and is subject to strict eligibility criteria. Eligibility requires the employee to:
* Attend all contracted and rostered shifts in accordance with a standard 38‐hour work week;
* Complete four (4) consecutive weeks of employment without any occurrence of unplanned leave, regardless of reason.
Provided these conditions are fully satisfied, the eligible weekly attendance payment of $67.31 will be processed and paid as part of the employee's pay cycle in the fifth (5th) week of employment. The employer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this payment at its discretion. Qualifications What You'll Need
* Previous experience in a similar role in a structured environment.
* Forklift license is desirable but not mandatory.
* Ability to pass pre‐employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and criminal history check.
