Responsibilities
* Manage budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities, ensuring accurate tracking of opex and capex and alignment across systems and governance artefacts.
* Oversee end-to-end purchase order management, ensuring compliance with approved budgets, policies, and audit requirements.
* Contribute to request governance by reviewing SOWs and supplier submissions against commercial guardrails, supporting compliant and cost-effective engagements.
* Partner with Finance, Procurement, Delivery teams and vendors to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and maintain a clear view of spend and commitments.
* Drive consistency across reporting, operating rhythms and processes, improving data integrity, efficiency and visibility across the portfolio.
Qualifications

Experience in business operations, finance support, procurement or portfolio/PMO environments, ideally within a complex or regulated setting. Strong numerical and analytical capability with a focus on accuracy, financial governance and managing high volumes of transactional activity. Ability to operate effectively in structured environments, manage competing priorities and identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual effort. Proficient in financial systems and Excel, proactive in resolving discrepancies and improving data quality. Ability to build effective working relationships across Finance, Procurement, Delivery teams and suppliers, and communicate clearly to support coordination and issue resolution. Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach contributing to a well-managed, compliant and efficient operating environment.
