Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
* Current Authority to Practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), General with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Please describe your recent experience as an Enrolled Nurse within a relevant clinical specialty. In your response, outline how you provide safe, compassionate, culturally responsive care, communicate effectively with patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team, and apply critical thinking to deliver evidence‐based nursing care.
* Tell us about a time you demonstrated professionalism in challenging situations. Include how you managed interpersonal conflict, contributed to risk management or quality improvement, and upheld work health and safety principles within your clinical practice.
