Key Responsibilities:
* Create innovative menus showcasing local ingredients and seasonal offerings, driving customer engagement and loyalty.

* Monitor inventory levels, maintain health and safety compliance, and develop budgets for optimal profitability.
* Plan and execute special events, promotions, and themed nights to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant or Bar Manager within the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Possession of relevant qualifications or certifications.
