Housing Services Officer Role
This role is part of a community-based network that works with vulnerable individuals to promote and support their wellbeing.
The role involves providing housing advice and assistance, including identifying and assessing clients' needs and providing information on services.
* Assess clients' needs and provide comprehensive advice on housing options based on established policies and procedures.
* Refer clients to internal or external support service providers to assist with short-term housing needs.
* Use negotiation and persuasion skills to deal with clients and stakeholders on all housing matters.
The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing recommends employees maintain their COVID-19 vaccination status in accordance with current circumstances.
Key Responsibilities Include:
